@ stogumber lies in a tranquil position in one of the most favoured villages in Somerset. The picturesque village of Stogumber is set in beautiful undulating countryside between the Quantock Hills and the Brendon Hills. Close to the county town of Taunton, 14 miles, and yet within easy reach of the moor, less than 1 mile to the edge of Exmoor National Park, and the coast is just 3 miles. Stogumber offers a charming range of amenities, including a village store, post office, Inn and the 14th Century Church of St. Mary’s which is set right at the heart of the village. There is also a delightful B&B and a country furnishings shop nestling in amongst the colour ashed and thatched cottages and cobbled pavements, with a babbling brook running through the village. It is a beautiful quintessential English village.

The small town of Williton (3 miles) offers a greater range of services, whilst the nearby county town of Taunton offers an extensive range of shopping, scholastic and leisure facilities including fine restaurants serving international cuisine and theatre. The A358 and A39 give access to the moor, coast and town, both also connect with the M5 motorway. Mainline rail links at Taunton, and International Airports at Bristol and Exeter equidistant offer access to destinations further afield.
