In June 2007, Michael Newman was appointed as the Development Manager for Gadd Homes.  He has fifteen years of land buying and planning experience gleaned from working with Magnus Homes Ltd, Prowting Homes Plc and Midas Homes. Michael’s role is to acquire residential development sites and to co-ordinate the planning application process for specific projects.

This is the first time that the Company will have a dedicated land buyer, proof of the Company’s determination to continue to grow the business both financially and geographically.
